LOCAL SETUP & CLEANUP
Paint Parties with 7+ guests located in LaGrange, Hogansville, or West Point, GA include delivery, setup of Kute Crafty Kreations painting supplies, and cleanup/collection of our reusable painting supplies at no additional service fee.
Setup and cleanup apply to the painting area and Kute Crafty Kreations supplies only. General venue cleanup, food, beverages, decorations, tables, chairs, party favors and other event items remain the responsibility of the host.
Events in Alabama or beyond the Hogansville service area may require an Extended Service & Travel Fee. Any additional fee will be provided before your booking is finalized.

Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A 30% non-refundable booking retainer is required to secure your Paint Party date. The retainer is applied toward your total package balance. Your date is not reserved until the retainer has been received.
Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. Customized preparation will begin after the final guest count and payment are confirmed.
Rescheduling: Your booking retainer may be transferred one time to a new available date when sufficient notice is provided. The new date is subject to availability.
Cancellations: Booking retainers are non-refundable. Any customized or personalized items already created or purchased for your event cannot be refunded.
Late Changes: Changes to the guest count, canvas design, or other customized details may not be accepted once preparation has begun.
